The large villa
The client’s criteria
This is the largest villa we have undertaken. The client’s high expectations mostly concerned organisation: how to execute such an extensive project in the shortest possible time while conforming to the standards imposed by the structure of the villa itself.
The entire project began in 2004 and was completed in 2006. It required enormous commitment from a large number of people, despite the fact that there were no particular limitations or demands by the client, which meant our team could work independently and obtain excellent results. Our professionalism and hard work was our best solution.
The villa occupies four storeys. Each level is designed and furnished for a specific role. The ground floor features a living area, with a living room, kitchen, dining room, reception room and, lastly, a swimming pool. The first floor is for sleeping, and is entirely devoted to the owners’ quarters. The top floor, meanwhile, is for guests and also includes a relaxation and wellness area. The basement has an area for leisure activities, with a gym, a pool room, and games room and a bar. A fascinating feature is the villa’s main entrance, which has an extremely unusual corridor, especially in terms of furniture. The corridor leads directly to the double-height living room. This feature differs from other similar villas because it gives secondary importance to the role of the staircase and thus achieves a highly effective and original result.
